Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy of estimating geographical distribution using position information of a mobile terminal. SOLUTION: In order to calculate the geographical distribution of a predetermined area including a plurality of geographical distribution amount calculation meshes, in a geographical distribution amount calculation server 1, the distribution of a probability density related to a location of the mobile terminal is generated based on the position information of the mobile terminal and error information corresponding to the position information by a probability density distribution generation part 14 and a probability density coefficient calculation part 13, so that a location of the mobile terminal T is acquired as a distribution with spread according not to a point, but to the error information. The probability densities distributed in the geographical distribution amount calculation mesh are integrated by a statistical processing part 15, and an integration probability density as the integrated probability density is calculated as a geographical distribution amount in the geographical distribution amount calculation mesh, so that the geographical distribution amount is calculated in consideration of an error along with the position information of the mobile terminal.
