BLOOD TYPE DETERMINATION METHOD AND ERYTHROCYTE SOLIDIFYING CONTAINER FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood type determination method capable of objectively determining the presence or absence of agglutination without having to use a special container or perform agitating or centrifugal operations. SOLUTION: The blood type determination method includes both of the process for adding the combination (i) of specimen erythrocytes and an antibody reagent or the combination (ii) of an erythrocyte reagent and an antibody specimen to a container in which a binder substance for binding erythrocytes is solidified to its bottom surface having a slope and the process for determining the presence or absence of agglutination.
