CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR DOUBLE SKIN CURTAIN WALL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for a double skin curtain wall for improving the safety of various field works performed at peripheral positions of a building. SOLUTION: A PC tip beam includes a precast concrete beam body formed in T-shape with a vertical wall and a floor extended in a building inward slab direction from the substantially center position of the inside surface of the wall part, and a cantilever support part provided projecting toward the outside of the building from the outer surface of the wall. The PC tip beam is erected between projecting beams projected from a peripheral column, and slab concrete of the building is placed inside the floor of the PC tip beam to integrally join the PC tip beam to the slab. An outer skin is mounted to the tip of the cantilever support provided outward from the PC tip beam, and inner skins are mounted to the upper and lower sides of the wall of the PC tip beam.
