Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite rubber graft copolymer having excellent balance of impact resistance, stratified peeling resistance, thermal stability, and hydrolysis resistance, and a thermoplastic resin composition including this copolymer. SOLUTION: A method for polymerizing vinyl monomers under presence of a latex of the composite rubber consisting of a polyorganosiloxane rubber and a polyalkyl (meth)acrylate rubber to obtain a graft copolymer is provided. In the method, a content rate of the polyorganosiloxane in the graft copolymer is set to be 15 to 50 mass% and a content rate of the composite rubber is set to be 60 to 85 mass%.
