PATTERNED CRYSTALLIZED GLASS ARTICLE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patterned crystallized glass article having sufficient strength, and free from pinhole defects of the surface. SOLUTION: The patterned crystallized glass article includes a crystallized glass layer A formed by mutually fusing and bonding a plurality of crystallizable small glass bodies and crystallizing them, and a crystallized glass layer B placed on at least one face of the crystallized glass layer A in the state of fusion bonding, where a crystallizable glass plate B is subjected to crystallization to the central part thereof. The crystallized glass layer A includes at least one crystal selected from β-wollastonite and diopside as a main crystal. The crystallized glass layer B includes at least one crystal selected from β-wollastonite and diopside as a main crystal and has a thickness of ≤6 mm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
