METHOD OF MANUFACTURING DUCT AND DUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a duct capable of preventing the generation of molding failure and reducing the manufacturing cost, and the duct having improved rigidity. SOLUTION: The duct is formed by dividing into an outer peripheral duct half body 30 forming an outside of bending in a bent part, and an inner peripheral duct half body 40 forming an inside of bending in the bent part. The outer peripheral duct half body 30 is molded from a foam resin sheet in such a state that a first outer peripheral wall 31B and a second outer peripheral wall 31C are bent so as to be convex opposite to an outer peripheral bent part 31A. The inner peripheral duct half body 40 is molded from the foam resin sheet in such a state that a first inner peripheral wall 41B and a second inner peripheral wall 41C are bent so as to be convex opposite to an inner peripheral bent part 41A. The outer peripheral duct half body 30 and the second duct half body 40 are connected in such a state that the first outer peripheral wall 31B to be bent, the second outer peripheral wall 31C, the first inner peripheral wall 41B and the second inner peripheral wall 41C are extended respectively.
