HOLDER WITH CUTTING EDGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a cutting edge insert to come into contact with an outer peripheral surface of a drilling tool during a drilling work and protect the cutting edge insert when a holder with a cutting edge is attached to the drilling tool in the holder with the cutting edge having the cutting edge insert which is freely detachably fixed to the drilling tool to work a peripheral edge of a hole opened by the drilling tool. SOLUTION: The holder 1 with the cutting edge includes a cylindrical holder body 10 having an insert hole 11 formed for inserting a rear end side of the drilling tool 60 in the axial direction O of the drilling tool 60, the cutting edge insert 30 arranged in an opening end face 10A side to which the insert hole 11 is opened and a position adjusting mechanism 29 by which the cutting edge insert 30 can be moved in a diametrical direction of the holder body 10 relative to the holder body 10.
