Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a fault of affecting cell attachment in the case of lacking homogeneity or uniformity of support pores with respect to an element including a fibrin-based layer. SOLUTION: The element 1 including a layer 4 based on fibrin- or fibrinogen-containing material as shown in Fig.1 includes (a) a hydrophobic or substantially hydrophobic support, which has a porous part with a thickness of 0.1-5 mm, and whose pores, extending across its thickness have a node spacing of 5-100 μm, one face of the porous part being treated with a compound based on fibrin and/or fibrinogen-containing material, and (b) a fibrin-based layer covering the treated surface 3 of the support 2, characterized in that the fibrin-based layer is substantially uniform and homogeneous on the treated surface and that the fibrin layer 4 and at least the face of the support in contact with the fibrin layer are substantially free of fibrinogen.
