Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eddy current flaw detection system for eliminating a dead zone under a coil. SOLUTION: This eddy current flaw detection system includes an eddy current sensor 1 having coils 5, and an eddy current flaw detector 8 for impressing an AC voltage on the coils of the current sensor 1 placed on an inspecting object 2 while detecting a change in the impedance of the coils induced by an eddy current flowing within the inspecting object to detect a flaw. The current sensor 1 includes the plurality of coils 5a, 5b, and 5c while the plurality of coils are disposed such that they are shifted from each other by an amount slightly smaller than half the width of the coil in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction AX of the coils.
