Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device capable of preventing an oil film from being broken even when supporting a shaft rotated at a super speed while receiving a large load. SOLUTION: This bearing device for a very low-speed rotation has a rotation running face 2 for supporting a cylindrical rolling element 1 brought into a surface formed with a large number of micro pools 4 of circular arc cross section having 2b/30-2b/3 of diameter with respect to a roller contact width 2b on a mirror finished face of 0.005-0.01 μm, and 0.05-3 μm or less of depth h. The maximum depth of the micro pool 4 is preferably 0.1-0.2 μm. The rotation running face 2 is formed by shot-blast-treating a spherical projection material, on a mirror finished face formed by electrolytic polishing. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
