Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition that is excellent in mold releasability, mold reproducibility, adhesion to a substrate and light resistance and has high refractive index, high glass transition point and low viscosity. SOLUTION: The resin composition is an energy ray-curable resin composition for optical lens sheet which includes (A) a urethane compound produced by reacting (a) an epoxy resin being a reaction product of a compound represented by formula (1) and an epihalohydrin, (b) a monocarboxylic acid compound having an ethylenically unsaturated group in a molecule and (c) an aromatic polyisocyanate compound, (B) a (meth)acrylate having a fluorene skeleton, (C) a monoacrylate monomer having a phenyl ether group and (D) a photopolymerization initiator.
