Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated product and a packing material which improve reading accuracy of a bar code with fewer layer constitutions, further more improve the accuracy of the bar code even if applied to a conventional layer constitution, and make an area of a bar code part smaller. SOLUTION: The laminated product includes the bar code part 5 containing a coloring agent in at least a part of an aluminum foil 1, and an overcoat layer 7 positioning as to cover the bar code part 5, characterized in that the overcoat layer includes a matrix resin 7a and at least one or more kinds of beads 7b of a glass bead, an aluminum oxide bead and a metallic bead, which are dispersed in the matrix resin, and the average particle diameter of the bead 7b is 0.1-30 μm.
