PRODUCTION PROCESS OF CERAMIC SCREW CAP AND PRODUCTION PROCESS OF CERAMIC BOTTLE WITH CERAMIC SCREW CAP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production process of a ceramic screw cap which can efficiently produce a ceramic screw cap of high dimensional accuracy with good mold release property. SOLUTION: The production process of ceramic screw cap is as follows. A molding raw material is inserted in a molding pit 2 of a bottomed cylindrical first outer mold 1; a ring shaped second outer mold 11 is attached to an end 3 of the side where the molding pit 2 of the first outer mold 1 opens; the molding raw material is molded by inserting a female screw structure shaping section 23 of an inner mold 21 which includes a pillar shaped insertion part 22a having the female screw structure shaping section 23 on an tip part 22; the screw cap shaped molding B is formed inside a molding space 20 which is formed by the first outer mold 1, an inner mold 21 and the second outer mold 11; the screw cap shaped molding B is taken out from the second outer mold 11 and the first outer mold 1 while drawing the inner mold 21 out under revolution in the direction to loosen the screw; and the screw cap shaped molding is calcined to obtain the screw cap.
