Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic transducer, having a configuration such that assembling work efficiency is improved and that an audio signal can be reproduced with proper characteristics. SOLUTION: A pair of frames 16 and 17, which form a hollow when being combined are so formed that the volumes in positions, corresponding to center parts in the lengthwise direction of permanent magnets 12 and 13, are smaller than volumes, at a position corresponding to both ends in the lengthwise direction.
