EMISSION COLOR CONVERSION SHEET AND LIGHT-EMITTING DEVICE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emission color conversion sheet with which color conversion is easily performed, by covering and attaching one sheet on an LED consisting of a substrate having a plurality of light-emitting diode packages disposed thereon, and an emission color without color variability with a small amount of phosphor and colorant can be obtained, and to provide a light-emitting device that uses the sheet. SOLUTION: The emission light color conversion sheet is a sheet that is attached to the substrate, having a plurality of light-emitting diode packages disposed thereon, and the plurality of light-emitting diode packages are covered with one sheet. The emission light color conversion sheet includes a sheet base material, having a through-hole, at a position opposite to each of each light emitting diode package, and a transparent member containing at least either the phosphor or the colorant covering or closing the through-hole.
