INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS, OPTIMIZATION PROCESSING METHOD AND PROGRAM FOR ROAD PAVEMENT INVESTMENT PLAN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing technology for supporting settling on a road pavement investment plan. SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus 10 includes: an input means (50, 52) input with an external condition about a road section of an analysis target; an optimum control analysis means 70 including a first work type analysis means 74 and a second work type analysis means 76 obtaining an approximate optimum solution of the road pavement investment plan wherein an objective function for evaluating technology economical efficiency is optimized by use of an optimum control model approximate to a history of road pavement by a trend curve according to the input external condition; a search means 80 finding a direction wherein the objective function is improved with the approximate optimum solution obtained by the optimum control analysis means 70 as an initial solution, sequentially improving the solution, and searching for a final optimum solution; and an output means (50, 52) outputting a final optimum solution.
