LOGIC CIRCUIT DESIGN DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce man-hours required for the design of a system as a whole. SOLUTION: A logic circuit design device obtains the configuration information of a logic circuit by the analysis of register information on an input logic circuit block. Then, the logic circuit design device generates a prototype model of a register of the logic circuit, and a core function of the logic circuit based on the obtained configuration information of the logic circuit. The logic circuit design device also generates a hardware source code for the prototype model of a top module which includes the register and the core function. Furthermore, the logic circuit design device generates a software source code for a model of a device driver function for the initialization of the logic circuit based on the obtained configuration information of the logic circuit.
