Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stroboscopic device and an inner lens not reducing light use efficiency and without increasing the size of the device. SOLUTION: The stroboscopic device includes: a tubular light source 2; a reflector 3; an inner lens 4 provided with a first lens 6 turning around a first rotation axis C1 parallel to the longitudinal direction of the light source 2 and a second lens 7 turning around a second rotation axis C2 parallel to the longitudinal direction of the light source 2; and a driving means rotationally driving the first lens 6 and the second lens 7. When the first lens 6 and the second lens 7 are turned by the driving means, an angle to the light source 2 is changed, and the control direction of incident light and emission light is varied to change light distribution.
