Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure frequency of an input signal at a desired accuracy, even when a pulse wave whose turning on time is unfixed is an input signal. SOLUTION: When an observation signal becomes logic Low, detection voltage V2aheld by an analog interpolator 7 with a built-in latch is selected, if the latch signal Lais logic High; and detection voltage V2bheld by an analog interpolator 8 with a built-in latch is selected, if the latch signal Lbis logic High. The frequency finof the input signal is calculated, by using the selected detection voltage V2(V2aor V2b), detection voltage V1output from an analog interpolator 6, a counted value m, and a counted value n.
