Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device that can add a gear train to a continuously variable transmission mechanism while attaining miniaturization and weight reduction. SOLUTION: The power transmission device 10 includes a clutch mechanism 15 coaxial with input shafts 16, 17 and capable of selecting the first input shaft 16 and second input shaft 17; second drive gear trains 19, 36 arranged on the second input shaft 17 to transmit power to reverse gear trains 20, 31, 32, 36 and an output shaft 34; a selecting mechanism 21 coaxial with the second input shaft 17 and capable of selecting the reverse gear trains 20, 31, 32, 36 or the second drive gear trains 19, 36; and third drive gear trains 33, 36 arranged between a first intermediate shaft 22 and the output shaft 34 to transmit power to the output shaft 34 through the continuously variable transmission mechanism CVT.
