Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composite gear improving the strength and rigidity of material while maintaining a noise suppressing effect. SOLUTION: This resin composite gear includes: a gear section 10 having both side surfaces and a tooth section 11 formed on the intermediate outer periphery between both the side surfaces; and plate bodies 7 respectively brought into tight contact with and fixed to both the side surfaces and sandwiching the gear section 10.
