Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for dispersing lipid nanotubes, by which a good dispersion state for a long period of time can be maintained in an organic solvent without changing configurations of the lipid nanotubes obtained by self-assembly of an N-glycoside type glycolipid, and to provide a dispersion obtained by the method. SOLUTION: The dispersion of lipid nanotubes, which is stable for a long period of time, can be obtained by a moderate, easy and short-time method without modification and changes in the configurations of the nanotubes while effectively suppressing attractive force or association among the lipid nanotubes, by matching the density and the refractive index of an organic solvent to be used as a dispersion medium to those of the lipid nanotubes to be dispersed.
