PART ALIGNING-SUPPLYING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part aligning-supplying device drivable at a long maintenance interval, while surely aligning and supplying a part regardless of a side, weight and a shape of an object part. SOLUTION: A screw aligning-supplying device has an aligning carrier having a belt 31 and a rail 32 whose both extend in the X axis direction. The belt 31 and the rail 32 in the aligning carrier 30 are juxtaposed between at least mutual screw carrying surfaces in a state of being wider than a cross-sectional size of a screw part of a screw being an object, with a clearance narrower than a cross-sectional size of a head part. The belt 31 and the rail 32 are set on the same level in mutual upper surfaces in the Z axis direction for carrying the screw. Here, when driving the device, the belt 31 is carried and driven in leftward-downward in the X axis direction, but the rail 32 rests. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
