WEIGHT CONTROL METHOD FOR CARRYING OUT VISUALIZATION ANALYSIS OF RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ACTION AND EFFECT OF DIET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weight control method which resolves problems that various dieting methods has been developed, but does not last long in many cases, and improvement in interest to diet provides a problem; that until when a person must endure, whether dieting advances favorably, and whether it is good now, that are not visible in goal and result in frustration; then that even if dieting achieves a desired weight, he has risk of rebound, a cause of which is food habits and therefore he must improve the habits to prevent rebound; and further that in his dieting, total estimation and assessment of dieting are difficult and therefore a success rate is lowered. SOLUTION: The weight control method consists of searching influence to weight of dieting action by a data treatment of dieting action, searching an effective dieting method and a dieting effect, and then searching a regression equation from lapsed days and weight change to estimate the time leading to the desired weight.
