SHEATH DEVICE FOR ENDOSCOPE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheath device for an endoscope, which easily executes washing of the observation window of the endoscope, and suction removal of a large amount of body fluid accumulated in an observation target part, and the like, with excellent operability, and breakage of which is economically handled. SOLUTION: A connection adapter 22 is provided with a suction cap 23 at least, a sheath part 21 is configured to be movable in the axial direction relative to the connection adapter 22, and an operation lever 40 for moving the sheath part 21 forward and backward in the axial direction relative to the connection adapter 22 is provided on the connection adapter 22. In the state that the connection adapter 22 is connected to the operation part 12 of the endoscope 10, by operating the operation lever 40, the distal end face 21a of the sheath part 21 is switched between to be positioned in front of the distal end face 11a of the insertion tube part 11 of the endoscope 10 and to be positioned behind the distal end face 11a.
