Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly reduce an oxidized anode electrode and to restrain deterioration of a membrane-electrode assembly as much as possible. SOLUTION: A control program executes: a first step of setting a target output value Wt+1 of a fuel cell stack on a control device; a second step of detecting a present output value Wt of the fuel cell stack; a third step of comparing the target output value Wt+1 with the present output value Wt; a fourth step of supplying a fuel gas to the fuel cell stack in response to the target output value Wt+1; a fifth step of detecting at least either resistance change or voltage change of the fuel cell stack; a sixth step of comparing at least either of the resistance change and a preset set value of the resistance change, or the voltage change and a preset set value of the voltage change; and a seventh step of setting the present output value Wt of the fuel cell stack as the target output value Wt+1.
