Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical quantity control algorithm which fuses a skunk cabbage type control algorithm with a conventional general-purpose control algorithm and is adapted to a wide-range control object. SOLUTION: A temperature control apparatus includes a delay device 1, a temperature sensor 3, a first skunk cabbage type control part, a second PID control part 11, an energy generator 4, a heater 5, and a mixer 21. The first skunk cabbage type control part includes a gradient of temporal change between a current temperature and the previous temperature as a parameter, the second PID control part 11 includes a difference between the current temperature and a target temperature as a parameter, and the first skunk cabbage type control part and the second PID control part 11 are connected in parallel.
