CLIENT TERMINAL FOR ACQUIRING FAULT SPECIFYING INFORMATION, FAULT SPECIFYING INFORMATION ACQUIRING METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a client terminal for acquiring information to be required for specifying a fault when the fault occurs. SOLUTION: In the client terminal 1, a network information acquiring part 7 obtains network information between the client terminal and an application server 2. Then, a terminal setting information acquiring part 8 obtains setting information of a web browser 12 from registry information of an OS 13, for example. Subsequently, the result is stored in a fault specifying information storage part 9.
