Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer supply mechanism capable of stably conveying developer in a conveying path where the developer is moved in substantially a vertical direction. SOLUTION: A coil spring 57 is caught by a first rib 55 formed on a wall surface 54a in a developer supply path 54 which guides the developer in the vertical direction, and thereby is stretched with rotation. When the coil spring 57 is detached from the first rib 55 with the restoring force of the coil spring 57, the horizontal movement to separate the coil spring from the first rib 55 is applied to the coil spring 57.
