Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single screw compressor capable of reducing a gap between the outer diameter of a screw rotor and the inner diameter of a casing so as to reduce leakage of compressed gas by restricting flexure of a screw rotor shaft due to the resultant force of a compression load and machine weight in regard to a single screw compressor including a screw rotor and a gate rotor. SOLUTION: This single screw compressor includes: a screw rotor 1; a gate rotor 2 engaged with the screw rotor 1; and a casing 3 covering the peripheral part of the screw rotor 1.
