THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION FOR FOAM MOLDING, FOAM-MOLDED PRODUCT USING THE SAME AND METHOD FOR MOLDING FOAM-MOLDED PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition for foam molding, capable of providing a foam-molded product manifesting fine foamed cell structure, having the unified sizes of the foamed cells regardless of the position of the foam-molded product, and also having excellent mechanical properties, to provide the foam-molded product using the composition, and to provide a method for molding the foam-molded product. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition for the foam molding comprises (A) 5-90 mass% of a rubber-reinforced styrene-based resin having 1-99 mass% of a dissolvable amount in hot cyclohexane based on a rubbery polymer (a), (B) 0-85 mass% of a styrene-based resin, (C) 10-90 mass% of an aromatic polycarbonate resin, and (D) 0.1-5 pts.mass of a chemical foaming agent based on 100 pts.mass of the total of the components (A) to (C), regulated so that the proportion of the rubbery polymer (a) may be 3-50 mass% based on 100 mass% of the total of the components (A) to (C). The method for molding the foam-molded product includes filling a cavity 41A between a second mold part 3 and a first mold part 2 with the melted thermoplastic resin composition 60, and carrying out core-back injection molding.
