SOLUTION: In the oil gel cosmetic containing 70-93 mass% fats and oils and 5-20 mass% powder, incorporation of scaly glass having an average particle diameter of 5-30 μm stably maintains the hardness of the oil gel cosmetic and makes usability excel. Furthermore, when the oil gel cosmetic is used as a lip color, the makeup cosmetic having an excellent effect in producing a natural gloss feeling by virtue of this scaly glass can be provided.
