SOLUTION: The aqueous dispersion of carbon nanotubes is composed of a dispersed body comprising carbon nanotubes with the average outside diameter of ≤3 nm and a dispersant, and in which the average particle diameter measured by a dynamic light scattering method is 200 to 1,500 nm, and the dispersant is an ionic dispersant.
