DISPERSION LIQUID OF META-TITANIC ACID PARTICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersion liquid of meta-titanic acid particles having a pH of 6 to 9, because metatitanic acid particles easily aggregate at a pH of 6 to 9. SOLUTION: The dispersion liquid of metatitanic acid particles contains metatitanic acid particles obtained by a sulfuric acid method, an ammonium phosphate salt and a dispersion medium and has a pH of 6 to 9, wherein the content of the ammonium phosphate salt is 0.5 to 2.5 mol% with respect to the metatitanic acid particles, and the content of sulfuric acid in terms of S element is not more than 1,000 ppm on a dry weight basis.
