Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly detect abnormality in derivation and storage of a liquid supply nozzle and a liquid supply hose of a suspended fuel-supplying apparatus to improve reliability and safety. SOLUTION: A derivation and storage of an oil supply hose 13 from/into a delivery unit 14 are detected, and, based on a supply mode of an elevation pulse from an elevation amount detector 20 for outputting an elevation pulse signal corresponding to the derivation and storage of the oil supply hose 13 for every unit amount, the abnormality or breakdown of the suspended fuel-supplying apparatus is detected and informed of. Further, the derivation and storage of the oil supply hose 13 and an oil supply to an oil supply nozzle 12 at the end of the oil supply hose 13 are stopped so that the fuel supply operation cannot be performed.
