LAMINATE MATERIAL FOR FOOD CONTAINER AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate material for a food container, capable of manufacturing a paper-made container which has a gas barrier property, heat resistance and a heat insulating property together, wherein the adherence property of a gas barrier layer with the other layer is strong, and peeling, crinkle or irregularity is not generated through heating in a microwave oven or boiling water in use, or a heat treatment for forming a foam layer. SOLUTION: The laminate material for the food container includes a first layer of a polyolefin resin layer A, a second layer of a gas barrier resin layer B, a third layer of a paper base material layer C, and a fourth layer of a polyolefin layer D, wherein adhesive polyolefin resin layers h1, h2 are interposed between the first layer and the second layer, and between the second layer and the third layer, and which is cured at 40-60°C for 48-96 hours, or wherein the fourth layer is the foam layer E formed through the evaporation of moisture in a paper base material C of the third layer.
