DEVICE FOR REDUCING INTERFERENCE EMISSION IN POWER ELECTRONIC SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for reducing interference emission in a power electronic system. SOLUTION: The device includes a power semiconductor module or an arrangement of at least one power semiconductor module, a first shaped body at reference potential, and at least two DC load connection elements of differing polarity which are arranged in the interior of the device to serve for the connection of power semiconductor components to connection elements for added external connection. In this case, the two DC load connection elements of differing polarity have at least respectively one section in which they are embodied in planar fashion, wherein these sections run parallel to one another and closely adjacent to one another and are electrically insulated from one another. Furthermore, the device has at least one second shaped body having a first partial shaped body embodied in planar fashion, which is arranged in the region between the two parallel sections of the DC load connection elements in a manner electrically insulated therefrom.
