ACCOMMODATION CLEANING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM USING CELLULAR PHONE AND IC TAG

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and inexpensive accommodations cleaning management system using an IC tag and a cellular phone. SOLUTION: IC tags in each room of accommodations are read by an IC tag reader and the cellular phone or a cellular phone with a built-in IC tag reader. The read data and information of the IC tag reader are transferred to a server at a remote place using the Internet. Information on rooms in which cleaning is finished, rooms being cleaned, and rooms not cleaned are monitored on the management system. In addition, when the next instruction is input to each cleaning staff by the management system, the instruction is displayed on a screen of the cellular phone when the IC tag is read, so that the cleaning staff efficiently works without interruption during the cleaning.
