Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To check corruption of the whole regions of a variable region and a stack region of a RAM included in a microprocessor, and to safely restore the microprocessor when corruption is detected. SOLUTION: Corruption in the variable region and the stack region of an RAM 12 are individually checked. When corruption is detected in the variable region, and when a predetermined processing loop is repeated a predetermined number of times or more, a CPU 11 outputs a warning signal through an I/O 13 to the outside. An LED 21 is turned on in response to the warning signal. When corruption is detected in the stack region, a reset circuit 14 immediately resets the microcomputer 1 in order to prevent runaway of a program due to corruption of data in the stack region.
