Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling system capable of stably outputting large power by using a thermoelectric transducer. SOLUTION: The cooling system includes: a heat sink 41 in which a coolant in a mixed fluid state is produced by heat from a light source device 21; a storage chamber 42 in which liquid coolant and vapor are stored; a first transport path 45 which connects the heat sink 41 and the storage chamber 42; a heat radiation unit 44 which allows the liquid coolant flowing out from the storage chamber 42 to radiate heat; a heat exchanger 43 which subjects the liquid coolant flowing out from the heat radiation unit 44 to heat exchange between the liquid coolant and the vapor in the storage chamber 42; and a third transport path 47 which connects the heat radiation unit 44 and the heat exchanger 43. The first transport path 45 and the third transport path 47 are partially, at least, made proximate to each other, and the thermoelectric transducer 49 which generates electric power according to a temperature difference between the first transport path 45 and the third transport path 47 is arranged in the proximate portion.
