SOLUTION: This stationary blade angle variable device includes: blade shafts 110A, 110B, 110C, 110D extending radially outward from stationary blades SV17, SV18, SV19, SV20; levers 120A, 120B, 120C, 120D extending along a rotating shaft from the blade shafts 110A, 110B, 110C, 110D; an annular variable ring 130 rotatably arranged around the rotating shaft; transmission projecting parts 121B extending along the rotating shaft from one side of each of the levers 120A, 120B, 120C, 120D and variable ring 130 to the other side; and transmission recessed parts 131B opened toward the one side and inserting the transmission projecting parts 121B, on the other side of each of the levers 120A, 120B, 120C, 120D and variable ring 130.
