BUILDING CONSTRUCTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building construction method which can smoothly switch facility systems when a building is re-built. SOLUTION: The building construction method is used for constructing a newly-built building 30 in the same position as an existing building 10. The newly-built building 30 is constituted of a lower structural part 32, a facility floor 33, an upper structural part 34 all of which are divided in order from the bottom, and a facility core 35 which is provided at sides of these three structural parts 32 to 34 and extended in the vertical direction. The building construction method is provided with a first process and a second process. In the first process, the facility core 35 is constructed along the side of the existing building 10, and the facility floor 33 is constructed so that it can cover the existing building 10. In the second process, the work of constructing the upper structural part 34 above the facility floor 33 from the lower layer and the work of constructing the lower structural part 32 in the space which has been demolished while demolishing the existing building 10 from the upper layer are performed at the same time.
