TERMITE PREVENTING METHOD AND BAG USED FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a termite preventing method for termite prevention at a foundation edge that secures superior workability, and a bag used for the termite preventing method. SOLUTION: The termite preventing method includes a step of placing a bag 19 which is formed by wrapping grains of or small pieces of termite-preventing materials 15 with water-soluble porous non-woven fabrics along a foundation edge that is a boundary between an inner face 13a of a rising portion 13 and the upper surface 21a of a horizontal portion 21 encircled with the rising portion 13 or along a periphery that is a boundary between the side face 25a of a pipe 25 extended upward from the horizontal portion 21 and the upper surface 21a of the horizontal portion 21, a step of pouring water on the surface of the non-woven fabric, and a step of pressing the termite-preventing materials 15 toward the foundation edge or toward the periphery.
