Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water type fragrant emulsion which can successfully impart fragrance to a textile product and the like and is excellent in durability of the fragrance, and a method for producing the same; and to provide a textile product treatment agent composition including the oil-in-water type fragrant emulsion. SOLUTION: The oil-in-water fragrant emulsion includes (A) a higher alcohol, (B) a fragrance, (C) a nonionic surfactant and/or a cationic surfactant, (D) an amphiphilic solvent, (E) water, and (F) a water-soluble polymer compound having a cationic functional group.
