SOLUTION: The onium salt is represented by formula (1): Q+(R4SO2)2N-(1) [wherein, Q+is a quaternary ammonium cation represented by formula (2) (wherein, R1is 1-6C alkyl; R2is hydrogen or 1-4C alkyl; R3is 1-4C alkyl; C is a pyrrolidine ring, piperidine ring, morpholine ring or pyridine ring; with the proviso that when C is the pyridine ring, R1is absent; and m is an integer of 0-3), or a quaternary phosphonium cation represented by formula (3) (wherein, R5is 1-6C alkyl; R3and m are the same as those in the formula (2)) and R4is 1-3C perfluoroalkyl].
