SHEET ROLLER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet roller capable of saving cost, and capable of improving quality. SOLUTION: This sheet roller 140 has a fixed roller 141 arranged on a rotary shaft 150 so as to rotate together with the rotary shaft and forming a plurality of fixed elastic sheets separately arranged on an outer peripheral surface, an idle roller forming a plurality of idle elastic sheets 147 arranged on the rotary shaft so as to be positioned on one side of the fixed roller and separately arranged on the outer peripheral surface and relatively rotatable to the fixed roller as the rotary shaft rotates, and a phase recovery means for removing a phase difference by relative rotation of the idle roller to the fixed roller. With such a constitution, the sheet roller can perform the same function as a sheet roller of forming a sheet in a radial shape over the whole outer peripheral surface while using a partial stack sheet roller.
