Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motorcycle capable of inhibiting the entry of water or the like into a rear side cover by rectifying traveling air around a front end part of a rear grip and capable of improving external appearance. SOLUTION: The motorcycle includes the rear grip 29 arranged above a rear end part of a vehicle body frame, a rear side cover 70 covering a rear part of the vehicle body frame from outside in a vehicle width direction. A recessed part 81 is formed in an upper face of the rear side cover 70 and at least a front end part 29a of the rear grip 29 is arranged in this recessed part 81.
