SOLUTION: The motorcycle includes a fuel tank 29 arranged above a main frame 13 between a head pipe 12 and a seat 28, an engine 50 suspended by the main frame 13 below the fuel tank 29 and the shroud 70 arranged at both side faces of the fuel tank 29 in a vehicle width direction. Cooling fins 58 are arranged in surfaces of the cylinder block 53 and a cylinder head 54 of the engine 50 and a lower end of the shroud 70 is extended to the cylinder block 53 and a baffle plate 95 arranged at an inner surface of the shroud 70 is extended toward the cooling fins 58.
