Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent natural gas from flowing in a pipe space from a cargo manifold, and to efficiently discharge the natural gas staying at the inner upper part of the pipe space. SOLUTION: The liquefied natural gas carrier includes: the pipe space 20 disposed adjacent to the cargo manifold 10 and storing a part of a pipe line; at least one of intake air fans 41, 42 supplying outside air to the inner lower part of the pipe space 20 through air intake pipes 45, 46; and air discharge fans 43, 44 discharging inside air existing at the inner upper part of the pipe space 20 through discharge pipes 47, 48 and having a capacity smaller than capacities of the intake air fans 41, 42. Apertures 32 are formed at wall faces 4b, 4c for partitioning the pipe space 20 and the cargo manifold 10 to discharge a part of the inside air existing at the inner lower part of the pipe space 20 to the cargo manifold 10 through the apertures 32.
