Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precoated cold-rolled steel sheet excellent in corrosion resistance in a long term, environment-friendly and inexpensive. SOLUTION: The precoated cold-rolled steel sheet includes at least three-layered coating film layers in which an undercoat coating film layer, an intermediate coating film layer and a topcoat coating film layer are successively laminated on one face or both faces of the cold-rolled steel sheet, and the precoated cold-rolled steel sheet is characterized in that the undercoat coating film layer includes zinc type metal powder, the intermediate coating film layer includes one or a plurality of kinds of rust-proof pigments consisting of a compound containing at least one element selected from Si, P, V and Mg, and the topcoat coating film is colored.
